Jamie founded WaveDancer because he wanted to change the way commercial and government organizations conduct business. After serving as an officer in the US Army, Jamie practiced corporate law before becoming the CEO of FedData. At FedData, Jamie took the company from a small start-up and built it into one of the most successful companies supporting intelligence and defense organizations. Jamie brings his deep legal, financial, private equity and mergers and acquisitions experience to WaveDancer and uses it to drive long-term shareholder value.
CFO
Tim has a broad background in financial management having worked in companies ranging in size from $25 million to $1 billion, and all along the company life cycle. Tim is continuously developing the people, processes, and technology needed to meet the myriad requirements of a public company. Meeting those requirements are the sine qua non for a CFO. But beyond that, Tim sees it as his role to equip the organization with information and insights, and to coordinate the allocation of its resources, to ensure WaveDancer achieves its strategic goals and drives shareholder value.

Gwen has over 25 years of experience in corporate compliance oversight, federal GovCon administration, and M&A transactions. She has supported organizations of every size and at every stage, from startups to large publicly traded corporations and has been involved in numerous successful transactions from due diligence through integration. Gwen believes that by supporting our employees, offering rewarding and challenging work, and fostering innovation, our customers and shareholders will benefit.
Rear Admiral (Ret.) Paul Becker served with distinction in the United States Navy. In a career that spanned over 30 years as a Naval Intelligence Officer in peace, crisis and combat, RADM Becker served assignments as the Director of Intelligence (J2) for the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Director of Intelligence, United States Pacific Command, Vice Director of Intelligence, Joint Chiefs of Staff and Director of Intelligence, International Security Assistance Force, Afghanistan. From 2016-17 RADM Becker led the Presidential Transition Intelligence Community Landing Team providing policy input and strategic guidance to new Administration Secretaries and senior leaders. RADM Becker is the founder of the Becker T3 Group LLC a business focused on global risk management, business intelligence, cyber security and organizational leadership. He holds an MPA from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and a BS from the U.S. Naval Academy.
Jamie has spent his career devoted to the intelligence and national security missions of the United States. From 2009 to 2019, Jamie served as the CEO of FedData and Domain5, a pair of technology companies supplying secure hardware, engineering, analytics, network engineering and computer network operations support services to the National Intelligence Community and the Department of Defense. On Jamie’s watch, FedData grew from start-up to nearly $500 million in revenue and over $30 million in earnings.
In 2015, Jamie led FedData through the acquisition of a distressed asset and successfully turned the asset around. He sold FedData in 2018, earning the stockholders and private equity partners an IRR greater than 80%. As CEO, he secured over $300 million in asset-based credit facilities, $40 million in revolving facilities and over $75 million in senior unsecured debt. Jamie most recently led the FedData through the successful capture of a 5-year, more than $500 million, contract supporting the intelligence community. Jamie retired as CEO of FedData in December 2019.
Prior to becoming FedData’s CEO 10 years ago, Jamie’s career spanned distinguished service as an officer in the United States Army, important work in civilian government, and work in the private sector. A licensed attorney, he spent several years at prominent law firms where he worked on a range of matters including corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, securities, leveraged buyouts, banking and finance.
Mr. Benoit is a graduate of St. Mary’s College of Maryland, the University of Baltimore and the Georgetown University Law Center. A lifelong resident of Annapolis, he lives with his wife and three children.
Chip DiPaula is an accomplished senior executive who has launched, led and exited highgrowth technology organizations and succeeded at the highest levels of government and politics. A recognized expert in digital marketing, Chip is the Co-Founder of Flywheel Digital, a pioneering digital advertising firm that optimizes ecommerce sales for the world’s largest brands, including Amazon. DiPaula also serves as the Chairman of the University System of Maryland Medical System, with 25,000+ employees and more than $4 billion in annual revenue. From 2005 to 2007 DiPaula served as Chief of Staff to the Governor of Maryland. In 2000, he served as Chief Executive Officer of the Republican National Convention -the youngest person ever to run a national convention. With diverse expertise from his career as an entrepreneur, technology and real estate executive, public servant, and political strategist, DiPaula has spent his career successfully enabling organizations to set and achieve ambitious strategic goals. He is a graduate of Towson University.
Jack is the CEO and Managing Partner for Jack Johnson and Associates, a strategic consulting firm located in McLean, VA. The firm specializes in providing business and risk consulting to clients domestically and internationally, particularly in the areas of business risk, pre and post-sale merger and acquisition support, business integration as well as in-depth security assessments.
Previously he was a Partner and Sector Leader with Guidehouse Consulting, and its legacy firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he led the firm’s Defense Sector Practice and as sector leader for the Homeland Security and Law Enforcement practices. Before joining PwC in 2005, Jack served as the first Chief Security Officer (CSO) for the newly formed Department of Homeland Security (DHS). In this capacity, he was directly involved in the establishment of DHS after 9/11 and integrating the 22 agencies that now comprise the Department, and served as the first DHS representative to the National Security Council.
Before DHS, Jack spent over 20 years with the United States Secret Service, rising to the position of Deputy Assistant Director. Jack had also served as a police officer and detective for Fairfax County, Virginia, and is a veteran of the United States Army.
Jack received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland, a Masters in Forensic Science degree from George Washington University and has completed additional post-graduate study at the University of Virginia and Johns Hopkins School of Management. He has previously testified on multiple occasions before Congress on homeland security and national security-related issues and is a frequent speaker at many national and international conferences, seminars, and symposiums.
Bill most recently served as the 37th Sergeant at Arms (SAA) of the United States Senate. Prior to his Senate service, Pickle served in several Senior Executive Service (SES) positions within the Executive Branch. He was the first SES Director of the Transportation Security Administration where he assisted in the formation of the agency. The bulk of Mr. Pickle’s career was spent with the United States Secret Service where he rose steadily through the ranks from Special Agent to Senior Executive.
Linda Singh served as a Major General in the Maryland National Guard, dedicating more than 38 years of service to Maryland’s military. As the Adjutant General, a Cabinet-level Secretary, she was responsible for the Maryland Military Department and all matters affecting Maryland’s National Guard service members. In this capacity she reported directly to the Governor of Maryland.
During a 21-year career at Accenture, Singh served as the Managing Director leading the Health and Public Service North America Operating Unit, a multi-billion-dollar business segment. She also brings public company board experience having served on the Board of Howard Bank.
Singh holds a bachelor’s degree in business, a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Strategic Studies, and a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She has received numerous awards, including the Top 100 Diverse Emerging Leaders and The Network Journal 25 Influential Black Women in Business Award. She is the recipient of the Ellis Island Medal of Honor. Singh is also inducted into the Maryland Women’s Hall of Fame and has been named as one of InStyle Magazine’s “Badass 50” for her history making history as a member of many leadership teams.
Don is the founder and current CEO of Augusta Advisory Group, a boutique financial and business consulting firm providing a full range of executive, operations and corporate advisory services to companies. He has held a variety of C-level executive positions and directorships for public and private companies across many industries. In addition to board membership at the Company, he currently sits on the boards of Swiss Water Decaffeinated Coffee, Inc. (SWP.TO), POSaBIT Systems Corporation (PBIT.CN), and Paragon Space Development Corporation (private). He is the former Chairman of the Board of National Technical Systems, Inc. (NTSC), a leading international testing and engineering firm that was sold to a private equity firm in 2013, and the former Executive Chairman of the Board of Cartesian, Inc. (CRTN), an international telecom consulting company, which was sold to private equity in 2018. Don began his career as a corporate attorney in Los Angeles, where he was a partner in a prominent firm representing public and private companies in general business matters and M&A transactions. He holds a BA in Economics from UCLA and a JD (Juris Doctor) degree from Harvard Law School.
Ms. Bonnie Wachtel is a principal of Wachtel & Co., Inc., a boutique investment firm based in Washington, D.C. Ms. Wachtel has been a director of several local companies since joining her firm in 1984, and currently serves on the Board of VSE Corporation, a provider of engineering services to federal government clients, and ExOne Co., a global provider of 3D printing machines, products, and services to industrial clients. Industry experience includes ten years (2006-2016) on the Hearing Panel for Nasdaq Listing Qualifications. Ms Wachtel holds B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Chicago and a J.D. from the University of Virginia. She is a Certified Financial Analyst.
